Refund Eligibility:

From the returned sum, we will deduct applicable monthly charges (on a proportional basis), messaging fees, and a 15% handling expense.
Fraudulent Messaging Notice:
Please be aware that certain unlawful operations may utilize SMS channels to promote fictitious jackpots, fabricated wealth transfers, or other deceptive claims. These actions defy regulations enforced by authorities and telecommunication regulators. Offenders risk harsh legal measures, and we will cooperate by sharing relevant client data with investigating bodies.
Sender Name Verification:
All sender names must receive approval prior to usage. Noncompliance may result in messaging restrictions or account suspension.
Responsibility for DND Complaints:
When using non-compliant message routes, you bear full accountability if recipients, registered under do-not-disturb guidelines, raise objections. We suggest using a DND-compatible service to prevent conflicts.
Service Suspension:
Violation of these guidelines may prompt immediate suspension of your account without compensation.
Consent to Communications:
By registering, you authorize us to send promotional materials, announcements, and other relevant messages to your provided contact information.
Events Beyond Control (Force Majeure):
We accept no responsibility for performance delays, inaccessibility, or interruptions caused by factors outside our influence.
Termination Rights:
We reserve the prerogative to deny access, modify available features, erase stored data, or impose usage parameters at any time—unilaterally, with or without prior notice—if we conclude that the user has contravened these terms. Once terminated, retrieving stored information may be impossible.
Minimum Age and Currency:
